My stay at the JW Los Cabos was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. The beautiful and quiet atmosphere made it a perfect getaway. I loved the gorgeous pools and the exceptional service I received. However, I did feel that some areas could use a little updating, particularly the amenities. Overall, this resort provided great value for the experience it offered, especially with the fantastic dining options.

The hotel is situated in a quieter part of San Jose del Cabo, which I appreciated, but it is a bit isolated for longer vacations. We had a wonderful stay at JW Marriott, especially enjoying the fantastic Kids Club where our son had loads of fun. The service was exceptional, particularly from our butler Jesus and the staff at Griffin Club, who went above and beyond to make us feel special. However, we experienced some issues with the hot tubs and expected a better view from our room. Overall, it was a great experience, but there's room for improvement.
