My stay at the JW Los Cabos was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. The beautiful and quiet atmosphere made it a perfect getaway. I loved the gorgeous pools and the exceptional service I received. However, I did feel that some areas could use a little updating, particularly the amenities. Overall, this resort provided great value for the experience it offered, especially with the fantastic dining options.

The hotel is situated in a quieter part of San Jose del Cabo, which I appreciated, but it is a bit isolated for longer vacations. The service was exceptional, particularly from our butler Jesus and the staff at Griffin Club, who went above and beyond to make us feel special.
